WASHINGTON: APCO Worldwide will open an office in Kuala Lumpur on September 1 after securing additional work in the region with the government of Malaysia in July. The Washington-based firm has worked with clients in Malaysia for two years although it was recently awarded a six-month, $420,000 contract with the government of Malaysia. Paul Stadlen, an associate director in APCO's London office, was named MD of the Kuala Lumpur office, which will employ 10 to 15 consultants at the opening. ...
